TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Golden Speed Trading has dedicated engineering and business support team and they are available for 24 hours. They are multidisciplinary supporting our services activity and can also draw on the expert resources of the engineering centres. Since we consider the issues of technical support both locally to the projects and those more broadly available to the project team to be of prime importance.

HOW WE MANAGE THE QHSE IN GS:
The Golden Speed Trading corporate QHSE Management system includes provisions for meeting international requirements and has been implemented throughout the Golden Speed Trading  Services Community.
Whereas this system is designed primarily for world-wide applications and therefore consists of no reference to the national legislation of any individual country, we rely on complementary policies to ensure that we comply with requirements of relevant national acts and regulations. All operations supports have participated in a recent HSE seminar where the significance of Regulations relating to management systems for compliance with statutory requirements concerning safety, working environment and protection of the external environment in the petroleum activities were highlighted and reviewed. A systematic approach to ensure compliance with internal QHSE Management system requirements to ensure through regular internal audits and assessments.

EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITY:
All employees are responsible and accountable for all HSE issues relating to themselves or others with whom they work. Operations supports shall ensure that all employees.
Job descriptions including their HSE responsibilities, and that these descriptions are clearly understood and agreed.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND INTERNAL AUDITS:
To ensure that objectives are met, activities are conducted in accordance with defined standards, and continuous improvement is promoted and monitored through active employee participation. Systematic inspections are conducted in all locations to ensure compliance with defined policies, standards and procedures. A nonconformity reporting system is in place and all employees are actively involved in this process.

MANAGEMENT REVIEW OF SERVICE QUALITY:
In order to monitor the effectiveness of our business operations, management reviews are held at defined intervals. Similarly, service quality meetings are held with Customers. Such meetings provide for an excellent opportunity to review HSE performance against standards.

ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE GROWTH:
GS's supplier's imagination initiative is designed to develop new technologies to help customers meet global environmental challenges while stimulating business growth. We will continue to invest heavily in imagination products during the coming decade, in order to provide significant and measurable environmental benefits as well as performance advantages to our customers.
 
TRAINING:
High-quality training is essential for improving the skills of operating and maintenance personnel and ensuring safe operation and superior equipment efficiency and availability.
GS provides training for all the operation and maintenance crew of our complete line of machinery and equipment.
